Once you arrive in Los Angeles, the city offers a wealth of things to see and do. One of the most iconic landmarks in LA is the Hollywood Sign, which overlooks the city from the Hollywood Hills. You can hike up to the sign for a closer view, or take a scenic drive through the hills to get a glimpse from afar.

Where to stay once you’re in LA? We recommend Culver City, North Hollywood, Silverlake or if you have the budget, Marina del Rey or Venice Beach. Avoid staying in DTLA as tempting as the centrality is, it’s quite unsafe.
If you have a car, be sure to check out the surrounding mountains, gorgeous state parks and unspoiled beaches just a few hours away! San Jacinto, Mt Baldy, Joshua Tree, Laguna Beach and Big Bear are all easy day trips.
